If you’ve ever doubted that creative living is fundamental to health, happiness, and success, doubt no more!

In his Post article, Matt Fuchs interviewed creativity specialists, artists/writers/singers, and longevity specialists. He makes a convincing argument that creativity in every aspect of our lives can enhance our experiences, our health, and our ability to problem-solve.

His tips for staying inspired include:

  • Think - and travel - outside the box

  • Be playful

  • Apply knowledge

  • Meditate

  • Mine adversity

  • Stay strong and motivated

My favorite idea? That a creative practice — being creative as part of your daily life — is sometimes motivation enough to explore, innovate, and persist. A 98-year old illustrator from Maine notes: ““I always have ideas whirling in my head. My passion for being creative will never cease.”

My hope for you today: may you find that spark in whatever you’re called to explore!
