Science of Mind Magazine Column Published: Exploring The Spirit of Leadership

Interested in learning more about leading with spirit? Since teaching in the Creative Leadership Ph.D. program at Union Institute and University, I have been fascinated by the ways a connection with spirit and the divine as we know it can bring us into more authentic relationships, help us lead with more integrity, and support healthy change management and growth. Beyond dogma, with a deep understanding of the ways our personal beliefs can make us more effective leaders, transformational and sustainable leadership becomes more possible.

Science of Mind is a new thought faith, which welcomes multiple religious perspectives and is built on an understanding that the way we think about our lives and leadership in the world is part of a co-creation process that is simultaneously visionary and practical. I am happy to share my perspectives on effective business, community and personal leadership practices for this magazine.
